Bulk Update

Through your admin area of your Quantum Ecommerce CMS you can select all items within a set category of your online store in order to;

Change prices in bulk

Remove them from a category/sub-category

Move them to another category/sub-category

Duplicate them to another category/sub-category

You can do this with all items within a category/sub-category by using the "Toggle All" feature or alternatively just with a set selection of items.

To access this feature simply go to the "Products" tab and select "Bulk Update" from the menu.  You will then be met by the Bulk Updates page.

From here you need to select which category you would like to update by choosing the relevant category/sub-category from the drop-down menu. (See point 1).

After selecting your top level category, all of the products within that category will now be listed below.(See point 2)

The "Toggle All" buttons at the top and bottom of the product list will check or uncheck all of the products, or alternatively you may select from the list which products you do and do not wish to alter. 

Selecting individually is done by checking or unchecking the boxes running down the page under "Select Code"

With each product's check box checked that you wish to alter, you may now edit the price and original price as well as the category/categories in which they are each shown. To implement your changes click the "Update All" button at the bottom of the page.

To move, duplicate products to another category go to "Please choose a category to assign products to"

Simply select which category you would like the selected products to appear in.  (See point 3) If you wish to uncheck any of these or any pre-existing categories you may do so.  Then simply click "Update All"
