Stock Level Reports

To create reports based on your stock levels simply go to the "Reports" tab and scroll to click on "Stock Level Reports" 

You will then be met with the report screen.

Use the "Add" button to select which categories you wish to create the report on.

Should you wish to create a report on all of the categories on your website, simply check the check box next to "Select All" then enter in the minimum stock level for your report and click on "Generate."  The minimum Stock Level will show all items with that value or less in the stock level report. 

The Report will be based on figures from the previous 4 weeks running up to date.  It will show the current stock level, ho many were sold over those previous weeks and if the item is a particular "Option" of a product. (for example "Red" T-shirts)

A table will then appear with all of the information showing and there will be an option to "Generate CSV," which will download an Excel document of the table.

IMPORTANT: Please remember that in order for the Stock Reporting System to work you must have first entered your Stock levels into the individual products.  This is done on the individual Product pages when adding or editing a product.  See here for more information.
