Email Settings
This page gives you the ability to edit a number of email templates for different circumstances, in the format that you wish them to appear.
Below you will see an example of how the email templates will be set out.
This particular template would apply to the Paid orders. You can personalise the templates as much as you wish, however you need to ensure that the details which will vary for each customer (the information inside the brackets), such as customer names and items ordered, are set out as shown. This will ensure that your customers recieve their confirmation and correspondance personalised and with all of the relevent information unique to them.
The "From Address" (below) dictates the email address that customers will recieve emails from.
As above you also have the ability to define where you recieve your various emails to. You can define where you would like your order confirmations, stock notification and also determine the email address that messages through the Contact Form will be sent to. Below is an example of an online contact form that will be in the Contact Us section of your website.
